Apple CEO Tim Cook reported record sales for the Apple Watch during the kickoff week of the holiday shopping season and said the current quarter may be the best ever for the device. Cook did not reveal specific sales numbers, but a recent IDC report states that the watch is fourth in its market, behind Fitbit, Xiaomi and Garmin.
