Baidu has received a permit to test its self-driving car in California. It is the 15th company to receive approval from the Golden State. After unveiling its autonomous vehicle in China last December, Baidu (NASDAQ:BIDU) has been steadily increasing its investments in the sector. Baidu has already tested its prototype on Chinese roads and highways.
