The Dow Jones industrial average broke 19000 this morning as major stock indexes continued Monday’s record-setting rally. At 10 a.m. Eastern today, the Dow was up 40 points at 18996, the Nasdaq composite was up 15 points at 5384 and the Standard & Poor’s 500 index was up 4 points at 2202.
