Record-low borrowing costs have touched off a torrent of corporate-bond offerings across Europe. Bond sales are accelerating after drugmaker Sanofi and household-product-maker Henkel sold debt with negative yields, the first time nonfinancial companies could get fixed-income investors to pay in euros for borrowing.
