A hard landing as China transitions to slower economic growth poses the biggest threat to the global economy, said Ken Rogoff, Harvard professor and former chief economist of the International Monetary Fund. “I think the economy has slowed down a lot more than the official figures show, and if you want to look at part of the world that has a debt problem, look at China,” he added.
