A federal judge has determined that a proposed $100 million settlement between Uber and its drivers is “not fair, adequate, and reasonable.” The class-action suit argued that Uber should classify its drivers as employees, and a lawyer for the drivers says she will go to trial if a new settlement isn’t reached.
