Greece: EU and Greek negotiators said they are “close to common ground” on how to end a standoff over the next phase of the Greek bailout and release funds the country needs to make bond payments due soon. “There is a clear understanding that a timely finalization of the second review is in everybody’s interest,” said Eurogroup President Jeroen Dijsselbloem.
