Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras approached several EU leaders at a summit in Brussels arguing that the suspension of the country’s debt-relief scheme should be lifted. The EU froze action on the relief measures this week after Greece said it would issue a one-time bonus payment for low-income pensioners.
