The Italian government has set a referendum on constitutional reforms for December 4. The plan aims to streamline parliament and the electoral system in the hope of bringing the country badly-needed political stability. According to the latest Eumetra poll, the “No” camp is leading with 55% of votes against a 45% share for “Yes”. Italian PM Matteo Renzi said he will resign if the reforms are rejected.
