Lucid Motors, a Silicon Valley electric car startup with Chinese backers including LeEco and Tsing Capital, plans to roll out a production version of a luxury sedan to compete with the Tesla Model S. Lucid is the latest in a growing list of Chinese-backed automakers moving to enter the US market.
