Despite saying it would shutter the service, Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) might still sell looping video app Vine, TechCrunch reports. Sources said some of the bids are below a $10M price point, rendering such a transaction relatively immaterial to Twitter’s overall benefit should one emerge. The platform at one point was claimed to be costing that amount in infrastructure and employee expense on a monthly basis.
