An investor is suing Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) over alleged misrepresentation of growth metrics, Bloomberg reports.
Shareholder claims execs misled investors on growth prospects in Nov. 2014, promising to grow monthly active users to 550M in the “intermediate” term and more than a billion in the “longer term.” As of June 30, TWTR had 313M monthly active users.
