The corporate-bond spread over Treasurys has fallen to 216 basis points, the smallest in more than a year, according to Bank of America’s index of investment-grade and high-yield securities. “We’re seeing significant opportunity in credit markets,” said Mark Kiesel of Pacific Investment Management.
