HP, Inc. (NYSE:HPQ) could be the buyer of Samsung’s (OTC:SSNLF) printer business, with an announcement that could come as soon as next week.
The printer deal between HP, Inc. and Samsung could be valued at around $1.8 billion. The sale would mark a shift in focus for Samsung, as it looks to put a larger emphasis on its core businesses. HP is looking to focus on its core too, perhaps most notably by splitting into two companies.
